An important part of a director’s role is keeping up to date with current issues and trends and understanding how these may affect your corporation. In this training session, you’ll receive an update on three or four key legal hot topics to be aware of as a director - based on important trends or changes in governance requirements, regulation or legislation. We’ll then discuss ways to make sure you are managing risks appropriately and complying with your obligations. Come to this session to keep up to date and help make sure your board is on top of the risks.
