Accessing the list of corporations with overdue reports

Announcement

ORIC provides a compiled list of corporations with overdue annual reports available on oric.gov.au that is updated once a day. The list also indicates if a corporation is in the process of deregistering. When a corporation lodges its overdue reports or is deregistered, its name is removed from the list.

Due to technical issues arising from recent IT system upgrades, ORIC is currently unable to make daily updates to the compiled list. As the list is not updating, the information is not current and presents a risk that a corporation may be wrongfully labelled as having overdue reports.

We have temporarily removed the outdated list from our website to avoid potential misunderstandings of each corporation's compliance with its reporting obligations.

We're working to restore the daily updates and access to the list as soon as possible. There is no intention to cease providing this list to the public.

Information about the reporting status of each corporation and deregistration activity is still publicly available in the Register of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporations via oric.gov.au, use the ‘Find a corporation’ filter and look for the corporation’s extract.
