Christmas closure of ORIC offices

The Registrar’s office will be closed from COB on Wednesday 24 December 2025. Call centre and registry services will resume from Monday 5 January 2026.

myCorp help

If you need help with myCorp – logging in, updating details or lodging reports – please call ORIC before we close for the holiday break. During our office closure there will not be any ORIC staff available to help you.

Lodging corporation changes and general reports

Corporations need to lodge updates to corporation details, directors, and members and wait for ORIC to process them before they can lodge their general reports.

Updates to corporation information will not be processed during our office closure. We encourage corporations to plan accordingly to ensure they meet the reporting deadline of 31 December.
