Forming part of the executive management team, the executive manager, employment is integral to achieving the vision of JCAC through accountability for training and employment programs, inclusive of business growth and expansion. Current program delivery entails the Community Development Programme, funded by the Department of the Prime Minister & Cabinet and the NT Real Jobs Program, funded by the Indigenous Land Corporation. Executive manager, business services

Forming part of the executive management team, the executive manager, business services is integral to achieving the vision of JCAC by maximising the strategic opportunities available to the organisation and its related entities by identifying, pursuing and implementing economic development proposals and opportunities. Current commercial interests include:

Chief executive officer

The CEO reports to the board. They are responsible for strengthening the leadership, governance, relationships, compliance, strategic planning, resource management and business development of the organisation. The CEO will lead performance management at a senior level in a multi-disciplinary environment, create and implement effective strategic plans and develop systems to improve business performance.

Manager

The program manager is envisioned to be responsible for all programs and services under the jurisdiction of the organisation. These currently include:

  • HACC (Aged Care)
  • Community Resource Centre
  • Centrelink Agency and Youth Services.

It also includes several capital renovation projects and ongoing management of land leases (including Carson River Station Pastoral Lease), residential and commercial properties within Kalumburu.
