Contact person or secretary

Small and medium size corporations have a contact person. Large corporations have a secretary.

An Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation is required to let the Registrar of Indigenous Corporations know within 28 days of appointing or changing the contact person or secretary.

You can contact ORIC or search the public register for information on your corporation's current contact person or secretary details held by this office.

If your corporation has recently appointed or changed your contact person or secretary please complete the form Notification of a change to corporation officers' details and return it to ORIC. You can also fill in this form if their contact details have changed. This form is also available on our secure online lodgment website at https://online.oric.gov.au.

This form can also be used to let ORIC know if you have changed or appointed new directors, or if their contact details have changed.
