Notification of appointment or resignation of auditor

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporation's are required to notify the Registrar within 14 days of:

  • the appointment of an auditor—section 35 of the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Regulations 2017
  • or resignation of an auditor—section 36.
