Adjumarllarl Aboriginal Corporation (AAC) is seeking to hire a Stronger Communities for Children coordinator (SCfC coordinator).
The corporation is based in the remote NT community of Gunbalanya which is situated in Arnhem land, about 60 kms northeast of Jabiru. With a population of about 1170 people the area around Gunbalanya is known as Stone Country, a name inspired by the spectacular Arnhem Land escarpment and rock formations that emerge from the floodplains surrounding the town.

Job description/overview:
The SCfC coordinator will support the mapping and coordination of programs and services for children in Gunbalanya. They will report directly to the AAC board and manage the Strong Communities for Children program in the community.
The SCfC coordinator will work towards increasing local community engagement by children and their families in programs and services and build and maintain effective partnerships with school, community and industry stakeholders.
