Job description/overview:
The Child, youth & family caseworker position is responsible for providing targeted early intervention support services to Aboriginal children, young people, families and communities with priority given to:
- vulnerable children (0-5years)
- young parents with known vulnerabilities or who are experiencing a number of hardships
- children and young people at risk of disengaging from school, family and community.
