An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic individual to join our professional team as the Aged care manager. The Aged care manager is responsible for the day to day management of the Aged Care team to meet the strategic goals of the corporation. The key objectives of the role include:
- oversee all funding and ensure funding streams and income are maximised
- manage the operations and delivery of all Aged Care and Community services to ensure continuous improvement and optimal outcomes for the clients
- lead and manage the Aged Care & Community team to ensure all staff are engaged and empowered to achieve clinical and health objectives
- participate in the development and implementation of the organisation strategic plan.
