Job description/overview: 

As PSP Team leader you will be responsible for successfully coordinating a team of Permanency support workers/Preservation caseworkers or Community support officers, to ensure the effective delivery of services and support to foster carers, children, young people and families. Recruitment, training and assessment of a pool of foster carers may also be an essential part of the position. 

You will liaise with Family and Community Services, ensuring that the corporation maintains a constructive and effective partnership with this key government department and other key stakeholders.
