The NBY Company secretary is responsible for;
- ensuring the Yawuru Corporate Group and its related subsidiary companies comply with their obligations under relevant laws and regulations;
- facilitating and developing corporate group governance processes; and
- ensuring that board processes run efficiently and effectively.
