We operate at the cultural interface in remote communities—especially NE Arnhem Land—with a commitment to community development, effective communication and bicultural teamwork.
We have multimedia, Yolngu Radio, language and community education staff units and operational bases in both Darwin and Nhulunbuy.

We are seeking an experienced professional manager with Indigenous engagement experience to manage the day-to-day operations of ARDS, lead the staff team and to engage with government and other agencies to promote its work.
The successful candidate will also need to have strong administrative experience, and be able to deal directly with the range of HR and other corporate issues of a relatively small organisation.
The board is looking to make an appointment and have a new CEO commence as soon as possible, but certainly no later than early September 2015.
