To provide administrative support to the Coordinator, Centre Supervisor & HR Manager and support and training of the administrative staff of Kal’ang Respite Care Centre in Hervey Bay & supervisory duties of the Admin Officer based in Maryborough. Duties will include ensuring that a range of administration and support functions for Kal’ang Respite Care Centre are met, ensuring that the policies of Kal’ang are closely adhered to, including the Financial and Human Resources Policies.
This role includes a training and support role to administrative trainee staff, to ensure that there is a skills transfer that enables trainee staff to achieve good practice in the organisation.
This position will be responsible for the supervision of the Administration/Receptionist in Hervey Bay and the Business Unit Administrator/Social Support position in Maryborough.
This position will have some financial signing responsibilities as well as Corporate Services budgetary control.
