Job description/overview:
The Board of NTKML comprises four Ngarluma directors and two independent directors. NTKML is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ngarluma Aboriginal Corporation, which is the Registered Native Title Body Corporate for the Ngarluma claimant group, the traditional land owners of the coastal areas around Roebourne, located in the West Pilbara, Western Australia.
NTKML is seeking expressions of interest from experienced and committed individuals interested in being appointed as independent directors for a period of three years.
Ideally, candidates will have experience and qualifications in the area of finance, law, business development, corporate governance or similar areas. Previous experience working with indigenous organisations and/or on Boards will be looked upon favourably. A commitment to high standards of integrity, ethics and corporate governance is essential.
