This position is responsible for management of the Human Resources Division which covers the delivery of all areas of contemporary human resources and industrial relations, work health and safety, workers compensation training and development, recruitment and selection advice and services as well as the monitoring and management of HRM systems and processes. The position ensures the development and implementation of policies, procedures and programs in line with current legislation, standards, quality assurance and risk management throughout Congress to ensure best practice and legislative compliance is maintained. The successful applicant will also be required to provide input and contribute to ideas to the CEO and executive management on business strategy and the streamlining of existing HR systems and procedures.
