TAIHS has around 180 staff who help to provide a suite of health and community service programs. It receives funding from multiple funding bodies and has an annual turnover of around $28 million.

TAIHS is seeking someone of outstanding ability who has senior level management and financial skills and extensive experience in health and/or community administration. The successful candidate will have outstanding leadership qualities; financial, strategic people management skills; high levels of energy, drive and initiative for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander self-determination; and a proven record of achievement in managing change in a complex environment.
