Mamabulanjin is a large and expanding not-for-profit contractor and service provider. It is seeking applicants preferably with accountancy qualifications who have experience or a sound knowledge in the not-for-profit sector and/or Indigenous corporations. The corporation is also looking for someone who has a good understanding of the problems facing Indigenous people in remote Australia.

Job description/overview:
Based in Broome, part of this role will be to assist the board of directors and CEO with strategic planning.
A remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful candidate based upon qualifications and experience, and may include subsidised rental and other benefits.
Duties will include responsibility for preparation of financial accounts, bookkeeping, payroll and administrative operations, and supervision of bookkeeping and administration staff. A certified practising accountant may make an ideal candidate.
